Someone at Delphi typed one extra requirement into this ad: product road mapping.
That hand-added line is the real brief. You run 50+ agents in production and 30+ accelerators, you promise clients “agents in production, not in pilot”, and the pivot to a product-led, IP-focused partner now needs someone to decide what becomes sellable IP, in what order, by when. So instead of claiming I can lead that, here is week one done.
Worked example, illustrative figures. Built from Delphi’s published portfolio.
- The call
- Ship as product one. Every regulated client in your base has a review queue for sensitive documents, the scope survives fixed-price packaging, and your own Argus QA can gate each release against the five failure modes you publish.
- The launch math
- Packaging in Q3, three design partners in Q4, booth-ready for GITEX with margin to spare.
- What changes my mind
- If design partners keep demanding per-tenant custom rules, this is an accelerator wearing a product’s price tag, and we stop.
The runway: Compliance Reviewer, from accelerator to launch.
GITEX GLOBAL 2026 opens in 148 days, and Delphi is already on the exhibitor list.
- Jul to Sep 2026
- Package. Fixed scope, a two-week install, one price. The gate: an Argus QA baseline against your five published failure modes.
- Oct to Nov 2026
- Prove. Three design partners from the existing client base. The gate: the second install runs without the build team.
- Dec 7 to 11, 2026
- Launch. Product one on the GITEX GLOBAL booth Delphi already has.
The launch gate is pre-committed: if the design-partner gate fails, GITEX shows Compliance Reviewer as a managed accelerator and product one waits. A stalled product on a booth costs more than a quarter of patience.
I designed, built and shipped this application myself with the agentic toolchain I work in every day, Claude Code running multi-agent workflows. It is the same practice I would bring to the Agent Factory.
What you asked for, and my receipts
Product road mapping with owners and dates
Your hand-added requirement, and the heart of the productization pivot.
Receipt: at Swiss Post I lead AI business models from opportunity sizing to a prioritised roadmap with KPIs. At Ifolor I owned the e-commerce roadmap of a CHF 100M+ business, reporting to C-level.
Agentic AI, built with my own hands
You ask for agentic AI, LLM orchestration and prompt engineering, proven in practice.
Receipt: Pedal Peak, a live platform I build and run end to end with LLM tooling and agent automations (Claude Code, n8n), plus daily prompt engineering since 2023.
Consulting-shaped client leadership
You want a consulting background, client workshops, and stakeholder storytelling.
Receipt: at Brixel I owned partnerships with UBS and Baloise as the bridge between senior client stakeholders and the product team. My studio smedium sells AI strategy and prototyping to its own clients.
From zero to a scaled offering
Productization means someone has to have taken an offering from nothing to repeatable.
Receipt: founding team at WePractice (Migros Group): two funding rounds, zero to 10 locations, 23 people, 170+ customers, 1000+ client matches in year one.
The honest read
My formal AI title is six months old: AI Project Lead at Swiss Post since January 2026. The practice is longer, building and shipping with LLMs daily since 2023. You decide which count matters.
My orchestration stack is Claude and n8n, not yet Azure OpenAI or Semantic Kernel. The patterns carry over, and I would take the Azure AI certification your ad sponsors in my first quarter.
And I apply from Zurich under your own line, “we welcome exceptional talent from anywhere across the globe”, with one detail that may matter: my partner and I are planning our move to Dubai, where Delphi is headquartered.

About me
I like building things I can stand behind: a venture, a product, a roadmap that survives contact with reality. That instinct is why my own projects are live instead of sitting in a drawer.
Away from the screen I am on the bike. Last year that meant bikepacking through Togo and Benin; most weeks it means the hills around Zurich, planning something new on the climbs.
